Photograph and video release agreement

I herein authorize the British Society of Dowsers (the “BSD”) to use, edit, copy, exhibit, distribute, sell and use any photographs and/or videos of me to help with fund raising for the BSD and to help meet the charitable purposes of the BSD, including education and documenting the activities of dowsers and the practice of dowsing. I will be consulted about the use of the photographs and/or videos for any purpose other than those listed above.

The term of this authorization is indefinite and will be active unless I revoke it in writing.

I have agreed to the photograph and/or video release conditions without compensation or any other consideration.

I hereby waive all and any rights to all royalties or any other compensation in any form for the use of the photographs and/or videos indicated in this form.

I consent that the material will be the sole property of the BSD and shall not be returned to me.

I hereby release the BSD, its employees, Trustees and anyone acting on behalf of the BSD from any and all claims, demands, rights, promises, damages and liabilities arising out of or in connection with the use or distribution of said photographs and/or video.
