The following terms relate to the purchase of goods (including subscriptions, products, and courses) through our website.
Postage and Packaging
For all shop purchases, the cost of Postage and Packing will be added to your product total on the checkout page.
Prices are based on Royal Mail postal rates, within and outside of the UK, via the online shop. If you require special postage i.e. special delivery or tracking your items, these can be arranged by emailing us at firstname.lastname@example.org, and we will happily quote a price.
United Kingdom delivery prices:
1st class £4.95
2nd class £3.95
Heavy items, £8.00 (per pack)

International delivery prices via Royal Mail Airmail:
World Zone 1 £13.95
World Zone 2/ £14.95
Rest of the World
We will acknowledge receipt of your order by email and your order will be dispatched by post as soon as possible, usually within 5 working days.
Out of Stock Items
If your item is not in stock, we will order it for you, if we can. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
We will replace or refund any item that is damaged, provided you notify us within 5 days of receipt of the faulty item. The British Society of Dowsers are dedicated to ensuring your satisfaction. You can be assured of an honest, caring and ethical relationship in all your dealings with us.
Cancellation of a Booking
Cancellation made more than two months prior to the event: Full refund
Cancellation made between two months and one month before the event: 75% refund
Cancellation made one month (or less) prior to the event: No refund
Transfer of an Existing Booking
Transfer made more than two months prior to the event: No transfer fee
Transfer made between two months and one month before the event: 25% transfer fee will be charged.
We regret we are unable to transfer a booking to another event one month (or less) prior to the event: No refund
